A lot of hosting companies are in need for automating their business. Billing, domain registrations, account applications etc. these all must be automated so the hosters can decrease their costs and give more competitive prices to their customers. But what are the solutions that hosters can use? HSPcomplete and H-Sphere are two examples of these products. In this article, I will mainly discuss about advantages of using H-Sphere as HSPcomplete is an unreasonably expensive product.

Recently SWSOFT bought Psoft. Meaning that Psoft is an SWSOFT company now. There has been many discussions at Psoft forums about what will SWSOFT do with Psoft products. So far there is no conclusion on this matter. However during the discussions, several people disclosed pricing from a SWSOFT product comparible to Psoft's H-Sphere product. H-sphere is an excellent web hosting automation product. It can do everything automatically. You probably can earn money by sitting and watching. H-sphere costs $4.50/account(+20%/year for support/upgrades). An h-sphere account means a control panel login name and password. For example an account can have 1000 domains (yes you can host thousand domains and license cost is $4.50!). H-sphere also comes with FreeVPS, SiteStudio, AntiVirus, AntiSpam solutions. These all are part of H-sphere and included in the price!

This makes H-sphere even cheaper than Plesk which is a simple control panel without even billing support.

Psoft support is also excellent. Psoft is a company which has the best free support staff I have ever seen in my life. More to that, you can buy even better support by paying very low support fees. Better in sense that you can get faster responses although h-sphere support usually replies within fw hours only!
